Level 1-4 has the HP of 13.
Once to level 5, you multiply it by 3. (ex. Level 23 would be 69, Level 6 would be 18, level 12 would be 24 and so on)
EXP
EXP = YOUR POKEMON'S LEVEL + 8!
For Example, if I had a level 1 Snorunt, it's EXP amount would be 9 (8+1)
Another Example, if I had a level 66 Frosslass, it's EXP amount would be 74 (66+8)

This is how much experience you get for defeating a Pokémon.
For Normal Pokemon.
